Integrations

Enable Integrations under Modules, then open Settings → Integrations to list and manage connected systems (for example BlueTickets, Oracle Simphony).

Open integrations

1. Turn Integrations on in Modules.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
3. Add or edit an integration with credentials provided by Glownet or the partner.

Caution

Treat integration secrets like payment credentials—prefer organization-approved values and limit who can edit Settings.
