Digital Tags on Touch
Touch can accept RFID wristbands/cards and QR Digital Tags, depending on what the event enabled under Payments → Wallet.
Choose RFID or QR
In Touch POS settings, select RFID tag or QR tag (labels may vary slightly by app version). Display order follows the Dashboard wallet rank.
Scan a Digital Tag (QR)
- Select QR / eTag mode.
- Aim at the pink scan circle when prompted.
- Wait for the online resolve to load balances.
- Complete the sale or top-up as usual.
Digital Tags need a network connection. Common errors: locked, conflict, deactivated, or unresolved UID.
RFID notes
- NFC tap writes balances to the chip for many flows.
- Some abort/refund credit reversals require wristband, not QR.
