Overview

Stations allow operators on the ground to conduct various operational tasks.

Station Types

You can create as many station as your event requires.

You can set up multiple stations of the same type.

Station Type	Description
Access Station(s)	Access Stations allow operators to Activate Tags and Control Access at different gates and zones. Access stations include Box Office, Staff Accreditation, Check-in, Ticket Validation and Access Control stations.
Monetary Stations(s)	Allows operators to top-up customers, process refund requests or charge customers for items available at these stations. Monetary stations include Top-up / Refund, Bars, Vendor, and other stations.
Event Management	Event Management Stations allow operators to manage customers and staff, transfer and recycle tags. Event management stations include Operator Permission, Customer Service, Hospitality Top up, Incident Report, Exhibitor, Yellow Card, Tag Transfer, Tag Recycler stations.

Stations Information

Each station you create can be registered with its own information.

You can register stations under the legal name of third party vendors and operators if necessary.

Information	Description
Name	Name of your station (i.e.: Main Bar, Box Office, Main Gate Access…)
Location	Location of your station (i.e.: Main Gate, VIP Zone, …)
Official Name	Legal Name of the station owner & operator
Address	Address of the station owner & operator
Registration Number	Registration number of the station owner & operator
Company Name	Company Name of the station owner & operator
Company VATINF/CIF	Tax ID of the station owner & operator

Stations Settings

Each station has individual settings. Refer to each station’s guide for more details.

Stations Operators

You can create as many operators as required for each station. Operators can have simple operator privileges or manager privileges.

Stations Devices

You can use as many devices as needed on each station. Simply login with an operator tag to unlock the station on the Glownet Android Application.
