Event Management Stations Overview
Event Management Stations allow operators to:
- Manage customers and staff
- Transfer and Recycle tags
There are different types of Event Management Stations:
| Station | Description |

| Operator Permission Station(s) | Allows operators to add or delete operator permissions from a tag. |
| Customer Service Station(s) | Allows operators to handle customer service functions such as topping up credits and virtual credits, issuing refunds and manage tags. |
| Hospitality Top Up Station(s) | Allows operators to top-up customers with credits, virtual credits or tokens without accepting payment. |
| Incident Report Station(s) | Allows operators to scan customer tags and collect incident reports on the field. |
| Exhibitor Station(s) | Allows exhibitors to scan customer tags and collect data. |
| Yellow Card Station(s) | Allows operators to apply a Yellow card to a tag to prevent alcohol consumption. |
| Tag Replacement Station(s) | Allows operators to copy a old tag to a new tag. |
| Tag Recycler Station(s) | Allows operators to wipe all data from a tag. Recycled tags can be reused. |
