Event Management Stations Overview

Event Management Stations allow operators to:

  • Manage customers and staff
  • Transfer and Recycle tags

There are different types of Event Management Stations:

Operator Permission Station(s)Allows operators to add or delete operator permissions from a tag.
Customer Service Station(s)Allows operators to handle customer service functions such as topping up credits and virtual credits, issuing refunds and manage tags.
Hospitality Top Up Station(s)Allows operators to top-up customers with credits, virtual credits or tokens without accepting payment.
Incident Report Station(s)Allows operators to scan customer tags and collect incident reports on the field.
Exhibitor Station(s)Allows exhibitors to scan customer tags and collect data.
Yellow Card Station(s)Allows operators to apply a Yellow card to a tag to prevent alcohol consumption.
Tag Replacement Station(s)Allows operators to copy a old tag to a new tag.
Tag Recycler Station(s)Allows operators to wipe all data from a tag. Recycled tags can be reused.
