Monetary Stations Overview

Monetary Stations allow operators to:

• Top-up and Refund customers

• Charge customers for items sold at stations

There are different types of Monetary Stations:

Station	Description
Top-up / Refund Station(s)	Allows operators to top-up customers or process refund requests.
Bar Station(s)	Allows operators sell drinks to customers.
Vendor Station(s)	Allows operators to sell food, activities and other items to customers.

Station-Level Payment Settings

At the station level, station managers can override organization and event-level payment settings for specific stations.

Organization-Level Settings Manage global payment methods.

Event-Level Settings Customize payment methods for specific events.

Key Features

• Select payment sources for each station.
• Override/edit event-level settings (if allowed).
• Reorder payment methods.

1. Under your event, on the left side panel, navigate to Stations

   

2. Click on the station, then navigate to the Settings tab.

3. At the bottom left, toggling Copy event payments off will let you edit the payment settings for this specific station. Keeping it on will inherit the same settings as set by the Event Level.

4. You can then reorder the payment methods (as they appear in the Opera app), or edit them (if allowed by the event level).
