Check-in
Check-in Stations allow operators to check-in purchased tickets and activate customer tags.
This allows the system to register the NFC Tag ID of a ticketholder and store any entitlement, balance(s) or access right on the chip.
Check-in Stations can be restricted to specific ticket types.
To operate a check-in station:

Your device must be registered and staged with the event

Your event must have a check-in station

You must have a tag with valid manager or operator permissions
Login to your station

Launch the Glownet Application on your device.

Tap your Tag firmly against the device NFC reader to log into your station
Check-in a Ticket
When you access the Check-in Station, the camera of your device will turn on, allowing you to scan a ticket’s QR code.

Scan the ticket’s QR code with your device

Verify the ticket type and pack

Tap the customer or staff tag firmly against the device’s NFC reader
Unregistered tickets
Tickets that were not registered online will show up as unregistered tickets.
Ticket already checked-in
If a ticket has already been checked-in. A Red warning will appear on the screen after scanning the ticket.
Ticket Not Found
If a ticket is not found:

The device may require syncing with the server to download updated ticket lists.

The ticket might not have been imported (or properly imported) to the server.

The ticket may be fake or erroneous.
