Ticket Types
Ticket types allow the platform to distinguish different ticket categories.
You can create ticket types for Customers and Staff.
You can centralize all your ticket sales from multiple ticketing platforms by importing them into Glownet.
Tickets and Ticket Types can be imported automatically from a variety of integrated ticketing service providers or can be imported manually.
Ticket Type Details
Ticket types include the following details:
Ticket Type Information | Description |

Name | Ticket Type Name |
Catalog Item / Access Type | Pack,Access, Operator Permissions to be applied to tag at Checkin Stations |
Color* | Ticket Type color |
Company* | Name of the company who issued the ticket |
Ticket Types Overview
To view all your ticket types:

Select Customers or Staff icon in the sidebar.

Click on ticket types
The ticket type overview will list all ticket types along with the number of tickets, redeemed tickets and tags issued.
View a Ticket Type

Go to your ticket types overview.

Click the ticket type you would like to view.
Add a Ticket Type
You can manually add ticket types. Imported tickets will automatically create their corresponding ticket types.

Go to your ticket types overview.

Click on the New icon from Action Menu in the bottom right.
Edit a Ticket Type

View your ticket type.

Click on the parameters you would like to edit to change their value.
Delete a Ticket Type

View your ticket type.
-
Click on the parameters you would like to edit to change their value.
Hide a Ticket Type
Toggle the hidden status of the ticket type to on or off from the ticket type overview or ticket type page
Imported Ticket Types
When you import tickets, their corresponding ticket type will automatically be created.
