Packs

Packs are groups of entitlements that can be applied to customers and staff.

Packs may include any number of catalog items including:

Pack Items	Description
Credits	Amount of credits to include in the packs
Virtual Credits	Amount of virtual credits to include in the packs
Tokens	Amount of tokens to include in the packs
Accesses	Amount of accesses to include in the packs
Operator Permissions	Permissions to apply with the pack
Flags	User Flags such as Alcohol Forbidden, …

Tags can be

• Applied to pre-purchased tickets at Check-in Stations
• Sold at the Box Office Station: Prices are set at the box office stations and the same pack can be sold at different prices at different stations
• Applied to Staff

It is possible to add “flags” to certain packs including:

• Alcohol Forbidden: Applies Yellow Card to customer / staff preventing them from purchasing alcoholic products across the event

• Initial Top-Up Fee Paid : cancels any pre-set initial top-up fee (which can be collected via the pre-sale of the ticket)
