Staff Credits: allow staff to spend tokens against specific vendor and bar items. Items can be priced in Credits and Tokens.
With tokens, it is possible to introduce flexible pricing mechanisms.
For example, a water bottle may be priced as follows:
Currency | Price |
---|---|
Credit | 4.00 |
Virtual Credit | 4.00 (same as credit) |
Free Drink Token | 1.00 |
Staff Credit Token | 2.00 |

Spending Order
Prioritize the spending order of your event currencies when multiple options are available.
Simply sort the currencies from top (spend first) to bottom (spend last)
For example, a customer may have the following balances:
Currency | Balance |
---|---|
Credit | 14.00 |
Virtual Credit | 10.00 |
Free Drink Token | 1.00 |
When a customer buys a drink, you may prefer that the (1) Free Drink Token is used in priority, followed by non-refundable (2) Virtual Credit, before charging (3) Credits
