Top-Up and Refund Station

Top-up & Refund Stations allows operators to top-up customers or process refund requests.

You can set-up as many Top Up Stations are required.

For example, your event may offer cash only Top Up Stations and others that accept cards.

You can create, edit, delete or hide top-up stations.

Top-up Settings

Each check-in stations can be configured to accept specific payment methods.

You can change box office settings at any time.

Top-up Denominations

You can set up different top-up denominations. It is recommended to match your local currency bill denominations to facilitate the cashier’s operation.

  1. Edit your box office station.

  2. Select Settings from the sub-menu.

  3. Click to edit any available denomination.

Hide a Denomination

  1. Edit your box office station.

  2. Select Settings from the sub-menu.

  3. Toggle the hidden status of the denomination you want to hide to on

Top-up Payment Settings

When a Box Office station is created, it inherits the event’s default payment settings.

Override the settings for this station by toggling them on or off as desired.
