Create a Merchant Account

Before you can create your first event, you will be required to create your merchant account.

You may skip this step if you already have an merchant account linked to your user account.

All events pages created with your merchant account will feature your profile as the organiser of the event. Your legal name and tax identifiers will be featured on your tickets.

Step by step guide

  1. Signup or login to your Glownet account

  2. Select “Merchant Profile” from the dropdown OR click on “Merchant Profile” in your Dashboard.

  3. Create your Merchant Profile and click Next.

  4. Setup your Merchant Account and click Save.
