Merchant Profile

Your merchant profile contains all information that are intended to be featured publicly on event pages and the organiser profile.

All events pages created with your organizer profile will feature your organizer badge including your logo, public name, description and contact details.

You will automatically be prompted to create your merchant profile when you create your first event.

Merchant profile information

The following information is required to create a complete organizer profile:

Name (required)Public Name used on your event and organiser pages. Your public name may be different from your legal name which appears on your tickets, orders and invoices
LogoSquare logo used on your organizer page and badge. Recommended size is 600x600px in JPG, PNG or GIF format.
Cover PhotoCover image used on your organiser page. If left empty, your next upcoming event’s (or last event) cover photo will be displayed instead.
DescriptionAdd more details about your organization on your organizer page and badge. You may use plain text or rich HTML text which may include pictures and videos.
Contact DetailsProvide users with a way to contact you accross multiple channels. An email is required.

You will automatically be prompted to create a merchant profile when creating your first event.

Edit your merchant profile

  1. Login to your Glownet account
  2. Access your dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard icon in the top menu or click here
  3. Select “Merchant Profile” from the Dashboard menu
  4. Edit any details and save
