Logout

After using your device, it is highly recommended logging out from the Glownet Android Application.

It is very common at events and venues for devices to change hands between operators and stations.

To prevent any other operator from using your account to complete operations, make sure to always logout before handing over the device.

This best practice ensures full traceability and accountability for the actions of any operator, especially at Top Up and Box Office stations handling payments.

Logout

To logout from your account:

1. (Optional)** If your screen is showing your current station, click on the Home icon in the Top Left corner of your screen.

   

2. Click on the :fontawesome-solid-user: user icon in the bottom right of your screen the select logout.

   

3. You should now see the login screen and your device and application is ready to be used by any operator logging in.

Note

If you see a Yellow Screen, your device contains transactions that were not uploaded to the server. Make sure you Upload Transactions to your data up to date.
