Refunds

Refund fees allow organizers to charge customers for refunding credits online or offline.

To access your refund settings:

1. Edit your event.

2. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner.

3. Select Refunds from the sub-menu

   

Refund Fees

Fee	Description
On-site Refund	Fee applied every time a customer requests a refund at Top-Up/Refund Stations
Online Refund	Fee applied every time a customer requests an online refund
Minimum Online Refund	Minimum Amount allowed for online refunds
