Marketplace Overview

Marketplace is an event-level feature that allows organisers to apply commissions and payment-method fees to vendor sales, and to generate station-level balances required for vendor settlement. When Marketplace is enabled, selected POS stations can operate on behalf of vendors, automatically applying organiser-defined fee structures and producing detailed Marketplace analytics for reconciliation.

  • Variable fees (gross or net)
  • Virtual credit fees
  • Minimum/maximum fee caps
  • Payment-method fees (SoftPOS, cash, card, cashless)

  • Top-ups and Refunds
  • Checkins and Access Control
  • Tax configuration and calculations
  • Product Categories, Prices and Menus
  • All other standard cashless and contactless functions
