Create a wallet

Create a wallet by adding your ticket

If you are creating your wallet prior to the event, you can add your ticket by scanning the QR code on your ticket or inputting your ticket number.

You may be required to create an account or log in to add your ticket to your wallet.

Add your ticket manually

  1. Click on Add Ticket

  2. Input your ticket number and register your customer details

  3. Click on Add Ticket

  1. Click on Add Ticket

  2. Select Scan QR Code

  3. Allow the website to access your camera and point it to your ticket’s QR Code

  4. Register your customer details

  5. Click on Add Ticket

Create a wallet by adding your tag

If you have received your tag (card or wristband), you create your wallet by scanning the QR code on your tag or your tag number.

You may be required to create an account or log in to add your tag to your wallet.

Add your tag manually

  1. Click on Add Tag

  2. Input your tag number located on your card or wristband and register your customer details

  3. Click on Add Tag

  3. Allow the website to access your camera and point it to your ticket’s QR Code

  4. Register your customer details

  5. Click on Add Tag

Multiple Wallets

You can create many wallets for different events or venues.

To manage multiple wallets from your phone register them by creating a new wallet with your same account.
