Your wallet allows you to better manage and control your on-site experience by storing your tickets and tags from the convenience of your phone.

Your wallet will allow you to:

View your balances Monitor your balances and transaction history.

Top-Up Add funds to your wallet using available payment methods

Get More Purchase add-ons, upgrades and packs

Refund Refund wallet balances when available

Access your wallet

Note

To create a wallet, you will need your ticket or tag.

Access your wallet from any browser. (Some events and venues may offer dedicated applications.)

To access your wallet:

• Click on the “Add to Wallet” button in your ticket confirmation page or email (Third party ticketing services may not support this feature)

• Follow the Wallet link or QR Code shared by the Event Organiser or Venue

• Scan the QR Code on your tag
