Accessing your tickets

After buying your tickets, you will be able to download your tickets to your phone.

There is no need to print your ticket to access the event.

Tickets are available for download by:

• Completing your payment on your mobile phone and clicking on the download link in the confirmation page

• Accessing “My Tickets” from the menu on your phone

• Accessing your Glownet confirmation Email and downloading the attached file

Tickets are available in PDF format and can also be added to your Apple Wallet (iOS only).

Printing Tickets

PDF tickets can be downloaded and printed on any standard A4 printer in black and white or color.

Note

Make sure the QR code is properly printed and visible on your ticket

Although you may print as many copies of the ticket as necessary, ticket barcodes are scanned at the door and are normally only valid once for entry (unless specified otherwise).

We highly recommend to stick to mobile tickets when possible to avoid using and wasting paper.
