Pay for your tickets

After selecting your tickets, you are provided an order summary which includes any selected ticket, donation, discount or additional fees.

Organisers and merchants may choose to charge Glownet and Payment fees, in addition to the items you have selected.

Online Payment

Different payment options may be available depending on the event’s country and currency.

To complete your online payment, you will generally have to provide your:

• Card Number
• Card Expiry Month and Year
• CCV

Note

If your credit card is “3D Secure”, you will be redirected to your bank’s website or app to confirm the payment using your bank’s standard “3D Secure” procedure.

As soon as the payment is complete, you will be able to download your tickets online and will receive a digital copy of your tickets by email.

Security

Glownet does not process or store any credit card details that may put your card at risk of being stolen.

Credit card payments are processed directly via its payment partners and gateway.

All credit card details are encrypted and transmitted securely and directly to the payment gateway via SSL for authorization and are not accessible to Glownet at any time.

Offline Payment

When available, it is possible for you to complete your payment offline.

After selecting and registering your ticket, choose “Pay Offline” on the payment options page.

You will be presented with a list of available points of sales and points of payment along with the corresponding fees.

Click on Pay Offline to proceed.

You will be allowed up to 48h to complete your payment by presenting your “Order Number” at these points of sale.

As soon as the payment is complete, you will receive a digital copy of your tickets by email and will be able to have your tickets printed at the point of sale.
