Account Profile

Your account profile contains personal information such as your name and country.

Your account profile is used to register your tickets in your name to the events you wish to attend.

No information is shared with organisers unless tickets are registered with your profile.

Edit your profile

1. Login to your account

2. Click on the user icon the menu and select “Profile”

   

3. Update any details and click on Save.

   

Add an email

1. Edit your Profile

2. Click on Add Email

   

3. Input an email address

   

4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click on the Verify Email link.

   

Remove an email

Note

You can only remove an email if you have another valid email address registered to your account.

1. Edit your Profile

2. Select the email you would like to remove.

   

3. Click on the checkbox to agree then click on Delete Email.

   

Add a mobile

1. Edit your Profile

2. Click on Add Mobile

   

3. Input a mobile number.

   

4. Check your SMS inbox for a verification code.

   Note

   If you do not receive an SMS, your country may not be yet supported.

5. Input your verification code and click on Verify Mobile Number.

   

Remove a mobile

1. Edit your Profile.

2. Select the mobile you would like to remove.

   

3. Click on the checkbox to agree then click on Delete Mobile.

   

Delete your account

1. Edit your Profile.

   

2. Go to the bottom of the page and click on I understand followed by Delete Account.

Note

By deleting your account, all personal information will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access your account and transaction history. If you have purchased a ticket for an event or completed any transaction, certain financial records, pertaining to these transactions may be preserved.
