Order Reports
The orders list shows all orders created for this event.
Orders may have different statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Booked | Orders and tickets are booked pending payment or expiry of the order. |
| Paid | Orders was paid Payment channel information and payment fees (when available) are automatically calculated and included in the order details |
| Pending | Orders payment is pending confirmation The payment was initiated by the buyer and is pending confirmation from the payment provider. |
| Expired | Booked order has expired and booked tickets were released for sale |
| Cancelled | Booked or Free order was cancelled by the user, organiser, reseller or administrator |
| Refundable | Paid order was cancelled by the organiser or administrator Orders paid to the organiser must be refunded by the organiser. |
| Refunded | Refundable order was refunded to the buyer |
The orders list is sortable and filters can be used to limit results.
Export Orders
Click on the download icon in the menu to export the filtered order list in Excel format.
