Registration Form
Your event’s registration form is a collection of questions.
Questions can be linked to specific ticket type(s).
Add as many questions as required to your registration form but keep in mind that the shorter the form, the more likely a buyer will complete the registration and payment.
Question Model
Field | Description |

Instructions | (Optional) Add special instructions to help attendees |
Ticket Types | Selects which ticket types should feature the question in its registration form |
Options | For questions with multiple options (Radio Button, Checkbox, Dropdown), input all options to pick from. You may import bulk options by copy pasting them (one option per line). Importing bulk options will replace previously saved options |
Required Question | Force attendees to answer this question |
Visibility | Show or hide the question. The system prevents deleting questions which may be hidden instead |
Question Types
You may collect data using different types of fields:

Text | Single line text box input field. |
Paragraph | Multi line paragraph text box input field. |
Radio Button | Select one of multiple options. |
Checkbox | Select many of multiple options. |
Dropdowns | Select one of multiple options. |
Datepicker | Select a date. |
Waiver | Waiver text automatically accepted |
Create a Question

Click on New to create a new question

Input your question’s type, question, ticket type and options.

Click on Save or update
Edit a Question

Select a question by clicking on the Settings

Edit the parameters you would like to modify

Removing a Question
You may not delete a question as it may affect the integrity of the data already provided by attendees.
Instead, we recommend hiding the question from the form explicitly or unlinking the question from any ticket type.
Ranking Questions
You can rank questions from first to last by dragging them up or down the list.
