Teammates

You can add teammates to your merchant account to allow them to edit and manage events.

To add a teammate, make sure they have a Glownet account associated with their email address.

Adding a teammate

  1. Login to your Glownet account

  2. Access your dashboard by selecting “Merchant Profile” from the user icon on glownet.com’s menu.

  3. Select “Teammates” from the Dashboard menu

  4. Click on New

  5. Add your teammate’s email, select one or multiple roles and save.

Editing a teammate

  1. Select a teammate

  2. (Un)Select any role you would like to assign

  3. Save

Removing a teammate

  1. Select a teammate

  2. Delete the teammate by clicking on the confirmation checkbox followed by the delete button
