Ticket Types

You can add many ticket types to your event.

FieldDescription
NameName of your ticket type featured on your event page and tickets issued to attendees.
Event DatesSelect all event dates for which this ticket type is available.
SectionsSelect the sections for which this ticket type is available for. Requires a seating map
PriceMonetary value of your ticket inclusive of any tax
FeesSelect whether the Ticketing fees are absorbed within the ticket price (Organiser pays) or passed-on to the customer (Buyer pays). Payment fees are handled in the payment settings
Quantity

Define how many tickets are available for sale.

For multidate event, the quantity is counted on a per event date basis.

ie: 100 tickets for a 2 date event will allow the sale of 100 tickets for each date

Define the period for which your tickets are available for sale.

Use this feature only to limit sales in time for situations such as different ticket waves.

Cover Photo

By default, your event’s cover photo is displayed tickets.

You may override and customize the cover photo of this ticket type

We recommend a 1920px width by 640px height image.

Limit tickets per order

Define how many minimum and maximum tickets are allowed per order (default 1 to 10).

You may use this feature to create discounted individual tickets for groups of 2 or more people

Access Code

Password protect your tickets with an access code.

Only buyers with the password may purchase the ticket type.

Hide TicketHiding tickets will remove it from your event page and reseller network. Only organisers can issue hidden tickets.
Minimum age requirementThe minimum age required for the holder of this ticket type.
Mark as sold out

Force a sold-out mention for this ticket type to your event page.

Tickets are automatically marked as sold out when there are no more tickets available.

Custom Conditions

Add custom conditions to your ticket.

Custom conditions are made available to buyers on the event page and appear on the tickets issued by the system.

ie: Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, … strict dress code…

Create a Ticket Type

  1. Click on New to create a new Ticket

  2. Input your ticket type’s name, event date(s), section(s), price & quantity.

  3. Click on Save

Edit a Ticket Type

  1. Select a ticket type

  2. Edit the parameters you would like to modify

  3. Click on Save

Changing a ticket price

As soon as someone registers a ticket, it will no longer be possible to change the price of the ticket.

We recommend hiding this ticket and creating a new ticket type with a new price.

Cancel a Ticket Type

  1. Select a ticket type

  2. Cancel the ticket type by clicking on the confirmation checkbox followed by the cancel button

Ranking Ticket Types

You can rank ticket types from first to last by dragging them up or down the list.
