Go to Inventory Discounts

You can add many discount codes to your event.

Discount codes apply to the entire order, whatever the amount of tickets selected.

You can create:

• Percentage Based Discount Applies a discount as a percentage of the total order value.
• Amount Based Discount Applies a discount as an amount deducted from the total order value.

Discount codes can be limited to 1 or more uses.

Field	Description
Code	Discount code to be shared with your customers. Discount codes are case sensitive
Type	Select Percentage based discounts and Amount Based Discounts
Amount	Amount expressed in Percentage or Monetary value, based on the type of discount code selected previously
Quantity	Number of times this discount code can be used.

Create a Discount Code

1. Click on New to create a new Discount Code

2. Input your discount’s code, type, amount and quantity

3. Click on Save

Edit a Discount Code

1. Select a discount code from your Discount Codes list

2. Edit the parameters you would like to modify

3. Click on Save

Cancel a Discount Code

1. Select a discount code from your Discount Codes list

2. Delete the discount code by clicking on the confirmation checkbox followed by the delete button
