Event Profile
Your event profile is the public face of your event. It includes all the information about your event, such as the event name, description, cover photo, country, timezone, currency, category, tags, and visibility.
| Field | Description |

| Event Name | Public name of your event displayed on your event page and tickets |
| Description | Plain text or HTML description of your event. You may include images, videos, tables and other elements. |
| Cover Photo | Your event’s cover photo is displayed on your event page and tickets. We recommend a 1920px width by 640px height image. |
| Country | Your event’s country will affect available currencies and payment options |
| Timezone | Your event’s Timezone |
| Currency | Your event’s currency used for processing all transactions online and offline |
| Category | Select a category for your event (ie: Concert, Conference, Sports, Theatre …) |
| Tags | Tag your event with keywords displayed on your event page |
| Visibility | Set your event to Public or Private. Public events may be featured on Glownet’s homepage, search and other pages |
After saving your event profile the first time, you will be able to setup all event parameters.
Edit an Event Profile

Click on Event Profile in your event’s menu

Edit the parameters you would like to modify

Click on Save
